I've really enjoyed the wines up to now (picked up quite a few to sample). The only hiccup was a delay in getting them delivered, but I'm not certain if that was on their end or the courier's fault, so I ended up missing the event I had planned to use the wine for.

I hadn't tried this company before, but their support team was awesome and the wines showed up just like they said they would - I’d totally recommend them.

Excellent product and service

Foxy wine usually offers a solid deal, as long as you get enough for complimentary shipping (over £100). The delivery took a tad longer than expected, but it’s all good. I haven't sampled this batch of wine yet, but it seems alright. The packaging is attractive and environmentally friendly, though I gotta say, the straw padding inside is a bit of a hassle! It gets pretty messy when I'm breaking down the box for recycling.

I can't find anything wrong with Foxy Wine. Their variety of wines is impressive, and they really know how to keep in touch and go above and beyond to get your order to you.

I ordered 4 bottles of wine, but the communication from the delivery service, UPS, was lacking and felt like spam.

When I checked the website for my delivery status, it just said 'out for delivery' and listed the delivery address as UK? I still hadn't received my order. Foxy Wine seemed indifferent in their response, showing hardly any concern for my situation. They mentioned I’d have to wait up to ten days for a delivery update.

That never came, and almost a month later, I still have no clue where (if anywhere) my wine ended up. Nearly a month has passed, and I’m still in the dark. Eventually, Foxy Wine just replaced my order and left me hanging.

It’s been a rough experience. I’m trying to avoid using Amazon all the time, but Foxy Wine really doesn’t give you much of a choice. Not impressed. :(

I really dig the social media posts and was curious to learn more about the wines. After doing some digging on the wines offered, I found they were pretty unique. So, I placed an order based on the website info. I picked up a mix of red and rosé. They showed up super quick, and the whole process was a breeze. The selection I got was genuinely outstanding. I'm already planning my next order for the weekend. This little treasure is a real score. Plus, I received a sweet thank-you note from the owner. What a nice touch! I faced some hiccups with the delivery since the couriers tried to drop off my wine three times and ended up breaking it in transit. However, Foxy Wines has been fantastic all along; they gave me a complimentary bottle for the trouble and even offered to deliver the case right to my doorstep, which was a nice gesture. I popped open my first bottle, and it’s really top-notch. So, despite the issues caused by a third party, I’ll definitely be ordering from them again.
